The Spectacle of Female Bodies in Kill la Kill

I recently wrote a post for the blog of the Tufts Anime Brigade, a club I’m in. It details the gender issues in Kill la Kill, a show that we watched last semester. (Spoiler: There are a lot of female objectification and sexualization issues.)

It’s not my usual games-related content, but there’s a lot of overlap between the two media, and a lot of the gender representation problems in anime are mirrored in games.
